Now that February’s Points Wagering update is out in the wild, we’re excited to announce April’s brand new feature! Add an amazing new dynamic to your Crowdpurr trivia games and questions… by adding GIFs and images to answer options! 🥳
This is an awesome feature update that will add a whole new dimension of fun, interactivity, and gamification to your trivia experiences. Let's check it out!
New Feature: Add Answer Images & GIFs 🖼️
Back in July 2020, we added the ability to add GIFs, stock photos, and uploaded images to your questions. Now, you can add these to your answer options too!
Just click on the camera icon on any of your answer options in a poll or trivia game to select GIFs, stickers, and animated emojis from GIPHY, stock images from Pixabay, or if you’re on the Classroom Plan or higher, upload your own images!
New Grid Layout
Upon adding any type of image to an answer, the answer options will update to a new grid layout that shows your added images in all their glory!
The new grid layout layout also displays on the Participant View and Presentation View. We've added some new design touches to beautifully display your answer images even when Show Live Answer Results (A) and Show Correct Answer (C) are enabled!
Additionally, you can now remove the labels from your answer options to only show the image added to your answer, for a true "no hint" display! To remove an answer's label, simply type a blank into the answer and save it.
Batteries Included!
Our trivia team has put together an answer images demo game that is now published in our trivia library and available now! Simply log into Crowdpurr, create a new trivia game, and in the #Trending category look for the newly published Answer Images Trivia game.

GIF and Image Uploading Redesign 🖼️
We updated the design for how all images and GIFs are uploaded in Crowdpurr. You'll notice an easier to use pop-up across the app. The new design reduces clicks and improves cropping and switching between upload types.

What's Next?
We're still working on some fun new question types. Additionally, Philip Trickey has been doing a great job with the Crowdpurr Weekly Trivia Show Podcast. We have been previewing a non-interactive trivia show the last few weeks to polish our podcasting skills. Stay tuned for an update very soon that will launch the interactive version of the show along with an amazing new feature.
